For over two decades, I have been fascinated by one question:
Why do some people heal while others remain stuck in the same patterns despite trying everything?
My journey began in physiotherapy, where I developed a deep understanding of the physical body and the incredible intelligence woven throughout our anatomy and physiology.
Yet over time I noticed something.
Many people continued to experience pain, tension, fatigue and recurring symptoms even when the physical issue had been addressed.
I became increasingly curious about what else might be influencing the body’s ability to heal.
This led me into the study of nervous system regulation, somatic therapy, breathwork, energy medicine, shamanism and human consciousness.
What I discovered transformed not only my work but my understanding of healing itself.

At Intuitive Wellness, we believe the body is inherently intelligent.
Symptoms are rarely random.
Pain, tension, anxiety, exhaustion and emotional overwhelm often reflect adaptations the body has developed in an attempt to protect us.
Rather than fighting these responses, we work with them.
Together, we create the safety, awareness and support needed for the body to reorganise, regulate and heal.
Because healing is not about fixing what is broken.
It is about reconnecting with what is already whole.

At Intuitive Wellness, our mission is to help people reconnect with the innate intelligence of their body and create lasting wellbeing through integrative and heart centred care.
By combining physiotherapy, nervous system regulation, somatic therapy, breathwork, energy healing and holistic coaching, we support individuals to move beyond pain, stress and survival mode so they can move into greater balance, resilience, self-trust and vitality.
